Reporting into the Director, Paid Search (SEM), the Associate, SEM Product Feed will assist in the execution of feed-based marketing strategies for Tapestry, with a focus on SEM.  As part of the newly formed Digital Center of Expertise, this role will manage day-to-day feed health with external agency partners to support program/campaign strategies focused on driving Omni channel customer acquisition and revenue through efficient traffic, engagement, and conversion.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in product feeds to…

  • Optimize feed components and provide recommendations for industry best-practice standards and consistency across Tapestry brands
  • Audit Google Merchant feeds for missing, broken, or incorrect data
  • Assist with Google suspension and feed error resolution
  • Assist with development of feed testing roadmap and optimization strategy
  • Manage feed support process with internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively find new test and learn opportunities within feed marketing to build on expertise and unlock new capabilities

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing feed-based marketing tactics, ideally with a recognized brand in retail/fashion or at an agency
  • Knowledge of standard industry tools (ex: feed management providers, Google Merchant Center, Facebook Ads Manager Commerce Hub)
  • Excellent oral, written and formal presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization from external vendors to senior leadership
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
