Senior Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization: Personalization & Omni Innovation

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated customer focused thinker to shape the future of omni-channel digital personalization by following data and addressing customer needs. Become a technical leader in the fields of personalization and conversion rate optimization. Work with our global luxury brands to optimize individualized web, social, email, and mobile customer experiences through innovation, personalization, web production, and third party integrations. 

 

In this role, you get to:

 

  • Plan and execute the customer focused strategy for the Landing Page Optimization program 

Based on profile, marketing channel, and content clicked (bounce, shopping engagement, RPV)

 

  • Lead your own Personalization & Optimization cross-functional projects and ideas with Design, Customer Data, eCommerce, CS, Social, SEM, Email & SMS teams across brands 

 

  • Technical leader and manager of a small dev team for full life-cycle implementation coding personalizations, integrations and AB tests cross-functionally. Ideate, Prioritize, Dev, QA, AB Test

 

  • Drive Digital Customer Data & Recognition initiatives to increase our pool and use of available customer information for personalization driving incremental conversions and revenue


 

The successful individual will have 5+ years of experience in Digital Production including:

 

1 Customer Focused eCommerce

- Web Production Customer focused eCommerce enhancements

- Marketing Develop marketing strategies - What do customers need based on context?

- Customer Intel & Testing A/B Testing experience, heatmaps, scroll maps

 

2 Technical Abilities

- Coding & Integrations Experience (HTML/CSS/JS/ReactJS/SQL/APIs) 1 year min experience

- Data Analysis (Excel, GA/Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Data transport & manipulation)

 

3 Cross-brand / cross-functional management capabilities 

- Planning, detail oriented execution and follow-up, data and status reporting

- Internal marketing of concepts and executive slide presentations & data roll-ups

 

The accomplished individual will also possess: 

 

  • Ability to self-generate optimization ideas and nurture ideas from across the enterprise, including voice of customer and call center, into testable hypotheses

  • Exceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities

  • Excellent time management and communication and presentation skills

  • Experience translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications and working with technical experts to achieve accurate implementation

  • Experience with Optimizely, SFCC, GTM, Quantum Metrics, VOC, sales or fashion a plus
