The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Architecture and store design to focus on...

  • Developing store layouts from sketch form to schematic design for internal review and further development into CAD documents. Highly skilled project management is the focus of the work.
  • Managing the development and issuance of Design Development and Construction Document sets, including Coordinating the work of consulting architects.
  • Reviewing shop drawings and finishing sample submittals.
  • Coordinating with our partners in Construction, Procurement, Merchandising and Business teams.
  • Following up with potential punch lists and Day 2 items from internal partners after project completion.
  • Attending and producing notes for meetings with Business partners.
  • Taking project ownership and managing schedules to ensure the tracking of company goals and annual operating plan.

  • Strong design and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as flexibility/adaptability.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with condensed timelines.
  • Ability to set priorities with strong initiative while focusing on the importance of teamwork.

An outstanding professional will have...

  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • 5-8 of experience in retail store design, architecture and construction.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, Excel. Working knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Sketch Up.
