Job Title: Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Reporting & Analytics


Primary Purpose:

The Sr. Manager, Reporting & Analytics, will be responsible for creation, management and monitoring of reporting to fuel the growth of Tapestry’s brands (Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman).  As part of the newly formed Tapestry COE (Center Of Expertise), they will deliver information, insight, and recommendations to optimize Tapestry’s digital business, while supporting a data-driven culture. This leader will champion how data and analytics transform the way we work, the way we engage with our customers, and the way we drive business value.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Digital Marketing to...

  • Measure, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators for performance marketing channels
  • Develop and execute measurement and reporting which accurately reflects business results and informs future decisions
  • Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity
  • Design effective and impactful reports/visualizations for business and technical audiences
  • Partner with Brand and broader COE teams to capture measurement and analytics requirements for business success
  • Identify opportunities for site &marketing optimization based on web analytics data
  • Troubleshoot analytics tracking concerns and tag/pixel implementation in partnership with cross functional partners
  • Gather and define COE requirements for needed tools & reporting, developing a pipeline for continued enhancements

  • 5-7 years of web and digital marketing analytics experience
  • Hands-on, advanced skills with Google Analytics and data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Experience with BigQuery and SQL a strong plus
