Job Title: Senior Analyst, Omnichannel Communications

 

Primary Purpose:

The Senior Analyst, Omnichannel Communications is responsible for supporting the associate Clienteling needs across Tapestry’s portfolio of brands (Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman). The role involves supporting brand partners with digital and customer-first approaches to increasing retention within this critical customer program. This position sits within Tapestry’s centralized Digital team and will work cross functionally with the individual brand marketing, IT and product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of customer and associate engagement, an ability to work within a highly matrixed organization and influence senior leadership, and possess a customer centric mindset and a passion for creating exceptional customer marketing programs.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Digital Marketing to...

  • Support the development and execution of the Tapestry Brand Team’s clienteling strategy
  • Manage clienteling test tracker, product roadmap and project plans
  • Gather customer segmentation, targeting and contact strategies to maximize performance of key clienteling segments
  • Consistently launch and monitor experiments designed to impact customer retention and NPS
  • Develop associate best practices, training materials, goals and measurement to drive clienteling programs amongst the field teams
  • Partner with business leads on goal setting, campaign planning and performance learnings
  • Collaborate with brand and store teams to develop targeted store Clienteling programs and audiences
  • Responsible for defining, building and deploying audiences to clienteling and marketing platforms
  • Leverage customer sentiment data to develop and execute specialized communications in stores and online
  • Be the subject matter expert capable of working across technical and non-technical teams to establish the value and importance for our strategic clienteling initiatives
  • Utilize market research, customer feedback, analytics data, industry trends and the competitive landscape to guide business needs and identify new opportunities so that Tapestry’s clienteling programs become then remain best in class
  • Balance business needs versus technical and operational constraints when recommending product enhancements or distilling business goals into product requirements
  • Own KPI reporting, including weekly and monthly updates
