Senior Analyst, Omni Operations and Fulfillment 

 

Location:  New York Metro Area 

Schedule: Hybrid (onsite 2-3 days per week) 

 

Primary Purpose: As the Senior Analyst, Omni Operations and Fulfillment, the individual in this role will work directly with the Senior Director to provide advanced analytics and data findings on end-to-end omnichannel fulfillment operations across Tapestry NA and it’s growing portfolio of brands. The senior analyst will support the execution of strategic, operational, and process initiatives related to omnichannel fulfillment including but not limited to recommerce, third party marketplace, and licensees drop ship (Supplier Fulfillment / Store to Store). This individual will leverage their data, technical and analytical skills to ensure both excellence in execution and continuous improvement of our internal processes and capabilities to ensure we meet our internal and external customer SLAs and have a passion for customer experience and satisfaction.  

 
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...  

  • Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns and correlations, using advanced Excel, Tableau and Alteryx  

  • Collect performance data on current processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and support redesigning business processes for existing and new omnichannel initiatives 

  • Collaborate with FC Ops (fulfillment & logistics), IT, Finance, Planning, Digital, Store Ops, and other functions to design and execute data-driven analyses, identify areas of improvement and utilize data driven approach to streamline end to end fulfillment operations 

  • Data steward for E2eF Performance Management program (validations, calculation refinements, SLA maintenance, reporting refinements, etc.) 

  • Provide ad hoc customer analytics in support of operations and order management  

  • Design and develop data visualization to help cross functional partner(s) understand data insights 

  • Support new business and product setup implementations, where needed 

  • Support the strategic development, piloting, and scaling of new digital and omnichannel initiatives and tools, including sustainability and recommerce operations as needed 

  • Support OMS order routing logic refinements and enhancements to drive network optimization and cost efficiencies across brands 

  • Communicate and present findings to leadership level business partners 

  • Ability to present complex findings, recommendations, and progress reports in a compelling manner 

 

 

The accomplished individual will possess...  

  • BA/BS degree in analytics, tech major or equivalent preferred 

  • 3+ years of hands-on analytics and forecasting experience, preferably with retail, e-commerce or supply chain 

  • Excel - Advanced (comfortable with manipulating large data sets, pivot tables, V-Lookups, charts, graphs, and financial modeling) 

  • Strong experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau 

  • Alteryx experience is a plus 

  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Omni Channel retailing. Ability to adapt strategies and tactics based on changing market dynamics and consumer preferences 

  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical, operational, and technical skills 

  • Commitment to on-time, high-quality completion with excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills 

  • Experience working cross functionally and interacting with partners at all levels 

  • Knowledge of consumer behavior across different channels and demographics. Ability to interpret consumer insights and preferences to tailor Omni Channel strategies and offerings. 

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively. 

  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities and drive with urgency 

  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and touchpoints across different channels.
