Title: Coordinator, Facilities Repair & Maintenance

 

Purpose: The Coordinator of Facilities Repair and Maintenance is responsible for the administration of construction, repairs and maintenance across all brands. the responsibilities extend for the coordination and repair of all retail stores, deliveries, source material and vendors as well as adminster store enhancements. This position will support functions from store design, construction and facilities.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

  • Responsible for ensuring the preventative maintenance of all retail properties.
  • Provide support on all construction processes, store openings; maintain and update stores as required.
  • Support facilities maintenance and management for retail store locations.
  • Partner with cross functional teams on all maintenance and store related projects to include store design, visual and IT.
  • Build and maintain sub-contractor relationships
  • Quality control and process improvement.
  • Evaluate and validate that all maintenance proposals match work performed and submit invoices for payment.
  • Manage outside facilities network and ensure billing is up to date.
  • Ensure all business licenses are submitted and renewals are complete.
  • Anticipate challenges and obstacles and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Meet critical Deadlines in a fast paced market place.

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Minimum 2 Years' experience in a retail industry; construction, facilities A&D environment a plus.
  • College degree; related degree / educational experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of design, architecture and construction process
  • Familiar with construction management, and contract administration.
  • Strong analytical, planning organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive cross functional partnerships and prioritize projects.
  • Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Ability to consistently exhibit diplomacy and poise.
