Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Manager on the creation of Global Store Development Packages and circulation to key stakeholders.
  • Manage monthly brand meetings. Determine agenda items and prepare presentation materials.
  • Responsible for managing weekly meetings with Global Environments and the submission of GE coversheets and construction budget requests. Track key milestones, deliverables and deadlines.
  • Partner with operations and legal on tower signage agreements and storage options.
  • Compile materials for Real Estate market tours (mall plans, sales, maps, etc.)
  • Gather updates on all active deals to update deal pipeline and circulate to brands on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Maintain and organize team’s Real Estate Database (mall plans, key documents, landlord information, center sales database, etc.)
  • Support business on an ad-hoc basis with various special projects (with Global Business Development, Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Legal, Store Operations, etc.).
  • Prepare materials for landlord meetings (portfolio overviews, etc.)
  • Coordinate meetings and necessary materials for bi-annual ICSC Conferences in partnership with Executive Assistant
  • Learn and work within Project Falcon, Tapestry’s Data Labs System. Create trade area and omni-channel distribution maps and pull key information as needed.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • College degree required.
  • 2-4 years minimum experience, preferably in retail and/or real estate.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organization, time management and communication skills, as well as sense of accountability and ownership
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Expert Level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
