  • Collect construction bids by due date for construction manager approval
  • Follow up with suppliers on missing bids
  • Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers for new store opening projects
  • Communicate timelines for new store openings and projects to the remainder of the team.
  • Follow up on shipment schedule from logistics partners
  • Order VM props and furniture in partnership with visual merchandising team and ensure that orders are received with enough time to ship in the most cost effective method
  • Assists with financial closeouts for global store opening closeouts
  • Follow up with AP on outstanding supplier payments
  • Partner with fixture design team on new store elements from design phase through production for new props and elements as related to the project
  • Coordinate with global VM teams to order props for all brands globally
  • Partner with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Communicate and partner with construction team on any budget restrictions or changes
  • Learn and utilize buying hub on a daily basis to issue orders and track invoices
  • Ensure that all invoices are received at the completion of the project and entered into the system for payment
  • Partner with accounts payable and EIM to ensure that all vendors are in the system properly
  • Communicate daily with vendors to ensure quality, production and timely store deliveries
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and partner with manager on resolution
  • Work closely with distribution centers to ship out VM props as needed on time and within budget
  • Partner with inventory management to ensure all materials, millwork and VM items are available
