The Digital Optimization & Personalization team is responsible for identifying optimization and personalization solutions, implementing A/B tests, and data governance and analysis for Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman ecommerce and digital marketing platforms. The team enables product, IT, brand marketing, and ecommerce teams by creating and facilitating strategic tests and optimization, following a highly focused personalization roadmap and schedule.

 

The team works closely with Product, Digital IT, DataLabs and Brand Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Marketing teams to synthesize customer data, advanced data science, merchandising strategies, and marketing execution to develop/manage an optimization and personalization roadmap.  

 

The Developer will be responsible for the delivery of front-end code for on-site experiments and data analytics custom buildout. She/he will be responsible for adhering to the testing and site optimization roadmap and calendar while balancing a variety of technical stakeholder requirements. Additionally, she/he will identify optimization and personalization enhancements to adopt into the overall product and marketing strategic roadmap.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to... 

 

  • Analyze ecommerce, marketing, and performance results to inform optimization and personalization opportunities
  • Develop, test, and assist with QA of front-end code within a variety of platforms and environments while meeting project timelines
  • Coordinate with a project manager to assure all site optimization tickets are completed per stakeholder requirements
  • Translate data analysis and test results into actionable optimization and personalization strategies for the product and marketing teams

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years of front-end development experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
  • Experience with coding languages and markup structures including: JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML
  • Experience with site performance diagnostics and web vitals, ability to implement solutions to enhance speed and UX performance, while understanding the performance waterfall structure
  • Experience with testing platforms and tools including: Optimizely, Monetate, Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with data analysis platforms and tools including: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Rigor, mPulse
  • Familiarity and previous work with ecommerce-driven business and websites
  • Familiarity with Agile project management and tools
  • Must be highly collaborative and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
