General Profile

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in compensation and benefits (Rewards)
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business and customer issues to improve Rewards programs and plans
  • Delivers Rewards and human capital solutions for complex problems by taking a new perspective

Primary Accountability

  • Provide business support to in all aspects of North America Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Equity, Incentives, perquisites, wellness)
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Global Leaders/Managers on rewards topics with broadest impact and shareholder return
  • Help ensure reward programs and tools attract, retain and motivate great talent and are in line with corporate inclusivity & diversity goals

Specific Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and finance on field sales incentives i.e. variable pay and sales incentive governance: strategy, design, competitiveness, etc.
  • Lead business partners to deliver year end process
  • Ensure SOX controls in place and adhered to (for locally managed programs)
  • Partner with outside vendor partners as necessary
  • Support employee broad-based Reward communications
  • Market Pricing
  • Offer development
  • Job evaluation
  • U.S. annual enrollment
  • Budgeting & planning for NA benefits
  • Wellness Support
  • Participate in Corporate-wide projects with local application: (example: Gender pay equity)

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Expert skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access is a plus)
  • Analytical and critical thinking ability; A high level of quantitative analysis capability
  • Experience working with job evaluation/job leveling
  • Experience working in US headquartered multi-national - Multi-brand corporate office is a plus
  • Quality written & verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

An outstanding professional will have...

  • BA/BS degree (required)
  • 7-10 years of experience in compensation and Benefits design, management and/or consulting
  • Experience in or working with the retail, luxury, and/or global consumer products industry(ies) is a plus
