Primary Purpose:

In this foundational role, the Equity Inclusion & Diversity Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing comprehensive diversity recruiting strategies and partnerships to support the talent, culture, community and marketplace pillars of Tapestry's EI&D strategic roadmap.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Talent Acquisition and EI&D to:

  • Develop diversity sourcing strategies, and analyze requirements, to determine target candidate profiles for key requisitions or departments
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to monitor progress, identify areas of opportunity and optimize the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition programs and partnerships
  • Design and implement innovative programs and partnerships to attract and hire underrepresented talent to support Tapestry Equity, Inclusion and Diversity strategies
  • Cultivate collaborative external relationships and leverage current network to advance Tapestry's EI&D goals; i.e., target universities, community organizations and professional associations
  • Partner with key stakeholders (EID COE, HR Business Partners, Employee Resource Groups) to support equitable and inclusive hiring and build a diverse pipeline to support Tapestry’s long term growth
  • Support employer branding efforts from an EI&D perspective
  • Lend sourcing support and recommend new recruiting approaches that look beyond applications and career sites, to find and engage the best talent in the market for current needs as well as long-term pipelining
  • Manage Executive recruitment and recommend diversity partnerships with best in class search partners
  • Provide hiring managers, interview teams and talent acquisition consultation on EI&D recruitment practices to ensure an objective and equitable hiring process

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR, program management, Talent Acquisition or EI&D at similarly sized organization
  • 2+ years of experience with EI&D hiring strategies and initiatives
  • Experience designing and developing D&I talent acquisition initiatives with demonstrated success in creating diverse pipeline strategies and recruiting plans
  • Proven track record of building and cultivating productive diversity partnerships with talent providers, community organizations, professional associations, and educational institutions
  • Ability to establish credibility and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in MS office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint – required
