Primary Purpose:

The Strategy & Consumer Insights team facilitates the development of Tapestry's long-term growth strategy and mid-term operational decisions, providing fact-based analysis, consumer insights and practical recommendations to key decision makers across the Tapestry organization. As part of this work, the team performs primary consumer research and conducts detailed analyses to help business partners across brands, functional areas and geographies develop key insights about their consumers and implications for their business. As a member of this team, the Manager, Consumer Insights will identify, develop and drive key consumer insights projects in partnership with business leaders.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Consumer Insights to...

  • Work with other members of the Strategy team and business partners to proactively identify, develop and drive key consumer insights projects
  • Plan, organize, and support consumer research by working closely with internal team and external vendors
  • Work closely with the data labs team to incorporate advanced analytical capabilities
  • Formulate presentations and recommendations based on consumer insights
  • Develop strong relationships with business partners at all levels
  • Use both quantitative and qualitative data sources to drive decisions and successfully generate results

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
  • 4+ years of work experience, with experience working on consumer insights projects or in a consumer insights role
  • Strong lateral-thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to generate innovative insights from rigorous analysis
