Job Title: Manager, Digital Marketing Reporting & Analytics

Primary Purpose:

The Manager of Digital Reporting and Analytics will be responsible for building reporting and alerts to fuel the growth of Tapestry’s e-commerce properties internationally. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Social & Display, which supports the paid social and display channels for all Tapestry brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building the Reporting and alert strategy for all brands. And organization which delivers information, insight, and recommendations to optimize Tapestry’s overall business, with heavy emphasis on e-commerce. The analyst will also work on ad hoc and deep dive analyses for our internal customers, primarily brand and Digital teams, giving them data-driven insight into improving our business.  

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Reporting & Analytics to... 

  • Building End to End reporting to understand  daily website health
  • Partner with IT to build  monitoring dashboards to track hourly sales for all brands
  • Partnering with brand and product teams to capture requirements for business success
  • Creating custom alerts for the customers journey to proactively find issues
  • Provide guidance to cross-functional partners and global counterparts on web analytics best practices to maintain alignment across Tapestry brands and regions
  • Define business requirements for Google Analytics tag implementation to ensure analytics tracking is in place for business analyses
  • Provide analytic support to measure sales performance, analyze promotional results.  Provide data to determine measure marketing efforts effectiveness. 
  • Research and recommend enhancements to web design/functions and CRM systems.

 

The accomplished individual will possess... 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of web analytics experience
  • Hands-on, advanced skills with Google Analytics and implementation
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies; familiarity with front end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and SQL a strong plus
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Experience working cross functionally and interacting with partners at all levels
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
