Primary Purpose: The Manager, Global Corporate FP&A will manage all aspects of the consolidated Tapestry FP&A process including monthly close and forecast consolidation, long range planning, balance sheet forecasting and ad hoc analysis. The Manager will also provide financial support to internal business partners including Investor Relations, Accounting, Treasury, HR, Strategy as well as global brand FP&A teams. The role reports to the Senior Director of Global Corporate FP&A and is part of the Global Tapestry Finance team.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in FP&A to:

  • Manage the monthly close, forecast and long range planning consolidation process: work closely with brand finance teams on completion of online (via financial forecasting systems) and offline deliverables to understand major business drivers
  • Conduct variance analysis and prepare presentation materials for Tapestry senior management to walk through latest financial results or projections
  • Prepare quarterly cash flow and balance sheet forecast for consolidated company; champion broader understanding of company return metrics with management team
  • Prepare materials for Board of Directors and senior leadership meetings
  • Be the key FP&A business partner to the investor relations team, updating shared financial models with latest forecast information and aligning on key messaging for management reporting
  • Manage annual bonus and equity payout processes by calculating company performance vs. financial targets and communicating to key stakeholders
  • Develop strong business partnerships across functional groups at Tapestry as well as within the brands


An outstanding professional will have:

  • 5+ years of finance experience in a high-paced, performance-driven business environment (either within an FP&A team or from investment banking, accounting or management consulting)
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new and different topics
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible approach to work and evolving organizational priorities
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
  • High level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Oracle PBCS knowledge is a plus
