Primary Purpose:

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Build and manage project teams plan and designate project resources, develop detailed project schedules and work plans, monitor progress, inform stakeholders, and ensure quality control throughout project life cycles.

  • Oversee project management from initiation to closure, manage project planning, define scope, goals, deliverables, and timing
  • Determine resources needed to reach objectives and assign resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects 
  • Develop budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, track project costs to meet budget, make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Build and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Assess opportunities to improve delivery, schedule and quality in a highly dynamic environment while proactively managing risks and issues.
  • Experience leading digital projects with an understanding of agile methodologies
  • Ability to quickly pivot on new courses of action, courage to experiment and quickly adapt to new situations.
  • Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings and deliver detailed notes
  • Manage contracts with vendors by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Perform risk assessment to minimize project risks
  • Resolve issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle
  • Manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are document and approved
  • Determine how results will be measured and completes a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved
  • Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution
  • Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion

  • Tech savvy and a familiarity with tech language, design and web teams, processes
  • Fluent in MS Suite, Google Suite, Atlassian Suite
  • 5-7 years related work experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Project Management Professional Certification (preferred)
