As the Sr. Analyst of Digital Reporting, you will be responsible for applying your expertise in data and web analytics to fuel the growth of Tapestry’s e-commerce properties internationally. This role will report to the Global Digital Product group, which supports all of the Tapestry brands, individually.

 

The role reports into the Senior Manager, Product Owner for Testing & Optimization. 

 

It is beneficial to note that the enterprise-level Digital team, which includes this role, is newly created, in conjunction with Tapestry’s ongoing strategy evolution as a stable of luxury fashion brands. The Product function is in its nascent stages at Tapestry and there is a large change management effort underway to introduce the organization to Digital Best Practices, establish the process of prioritization and outline appropriate scalable efficiencies for socializing the demonstrable revenue benefit of digital initiatives.  

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to... 

  • Measure and analyze key performance indicators for A/B tests across Tapestry
  • Identify opportunities for site optimization based on web analytics data
  • Design effective and impactful reports/visualizations for business and technical audiences
  • Provide guidance to cross-functional partners and global counterparts on web analytics best practices to maintain alignment across Tapestry brands and regions
  • Define business requirements for Google Analytics tag implementation to ensure analytics tracking is in place for Product-led initiatives and business analyses
  • Perform user acceptance testing for tracking enhancements prior to launch
  • Troubleshoot web analytics tracking concerns and tag/pixel implementation in partnership with e-commerce business partners, Marketing, key Product stakeholders, IT, and external partners
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with web analytics vendor

 

The accomplished individual will possess...  

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of web analytics experience
  • Hands-on, advanced skills with Google Analytics and implementation
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies; familiarity with front end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and SQL a strong plus
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Experience working cross functionally and interacting with partners at all levels
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Global experience preferred
