Primary Purpose: The Senior Manager, SalesForce Marketing Cloud Engineer will lead the delivery of Tapestry’s next generation 1:1 messaging platform.  He/She will be responsible for developing the technology and process approach to delivering relevant, personalized communications at scale.  This leader will act as a change agent, interacting with the centralized Digital COE, IT, and Brand Marketing/CRM, and Creative leaders.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Build and execute complex journey communications and data extensions in SalesForce Marketing Cloud
  • Manage QA processes including A/B testing strategies, best practices and optimization of platform capabilities to drive results
  • Coordinate relationships with Data Labs, Technology and Marketing Teams to ensure all key deliverables are executed flawlessly
  • Project manage the technical evolution of Tapestry’s 1:1 messaging platform and complementary tools across brands and geographies
  • Orchestrate marketing, triggered, and transactional messaging (email, SMS, DM) across brands and geographies
  • Provide training and support to colleagues to support campaign build, testing and performance
  • Identify, assess, and communicate brand pain points in order to improve processes, modernize the digital experience, and create engaging customer touchpoints
  • Co-create marketing strategies with brand marketing partners
  • Analyze and report on engagement metrics, sales, site activity and other customer data to identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value
  • Drive contact metrics: deliverability, opens, impressions, engagement, revenue per impression/visit

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing technologies, including ESP/Marketing Automation technology (SalesForce Marketing Cloud)
  • Proficiency with AMP Script, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Data Extensions, Automation Studio an Ad Studio
  • Experience with ecommerce and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SalesForce Commerce Cloud
  • Ability to apply analysis to influence business decisions to drive performance
  • Must be highly collaborative and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
