Primary Purpose:

The Sr. Director, Digital Product Creation will serve as the leader responsible for creating and managing 3D digital assets in the end-to-end process from concept to consumer.  The role includes overall responsibility for developing and managing digital assets across brands and product categories, maximizing utilization amongst cross-functional partners in the development process.  The Sr. Director Digital Product Creation will also be the point of contact and work closely with Business leaders across the enterprise to drive adoption and use of these assets in customer-facing functions.

  • Define and develop the vision and strategy for our 3D Digital Development team
  • Work closely across Product Development, Design, Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to understand the business needs, goals and expectations
  • Champion, create, implement and embed the digital product creation process into brand PDTs and align with cross-functional partners
  • Bridge the gap between technology and product teams, advancing technology into the development process to increase speed, agility, creativity and effective communication
  • Extend reach across the business to seek out and explore opportunities to utilize digital assets in customer-facing areas
  • Research and champion use of new software, tools and equipment to grow knowledge and leadership position in product development
  • Manage and implement short and long-term strategy critical to drive digital evolution across product categories and brands
  • Oversee and actively guide team to set and achieve their goals, ensuring proper support and training are provided
  • Mentor and provide opportunities to team members for their career growth and development
  • Embody a culture of innovation and continual process improvement, creating space for new ways of working, testing and learning



The accomplished individual will possess...

  • 10+ years of experience in fashion retail product development, creation of 2D and 3D renderings, models, simulations and prints
  • Skilled and adept in use and applications of 2D and 3D CAD programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Modo, CLO, Browzwear, and Substance
  • Extensive experience working in partnership with technology teams and the business to research, select and implement software and equipment to best serve the brand’s needs
  • Deep understanding of development process and utilization of 2D CAD, 3D digital creation software and 3D equipment
  • Experience building, running and managing a studio team that can balance multiple projects, priorities and timelines
  • Demonstrated knowledge on how the 3D team supports and enables the development process and drives for results accordingly
  • Ability to work in an extremely collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer orientation and creative drive
