Tapestry will be offering internship opportunities which will provide interns the opportunity to develop critical skillsets and gain hands-on experience at our house of modern luxury lifestyle brands.


The 2023 Internship Program will run from May 30th – August 4th. Paid internship opportunities will be available at each of our brands (Coach, Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman) and within our Tapestry functional groups. Our internship compensation rate is $20/hour, and our program is hybrid in structure.


Here’s what you can expect from our internship recruitment process:

  • Online Application to be Completed - Deadline January 16th
  • *REQUIRED Video Interview to be Completed – Deadline January 16th
    • As part of the hiring process, you are required to complete and submit a video interview via HireVue by January 16th . Please use the link included here to complete your video interview.  If you do not complete a HireVue video interview in conjunction with your application by January 16th, your application will not be considered.
  • Final Interviews - Our teams will be reaching out directly to selected candidates for follow-up phone or video interviews to take place from end of January through end of February. The interviews will be scheduled depending on candidate availability.
  • Internship Offers – The Internship recruitment team will be extending offers mid to late-March.

Primary Purpose: The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Buying, Planning or Wholesale to work within either the Coach, Kate Spade, or Stuart Weitzman teams. *


*Our internship recruiting team will be selecting candidates based on relevant skillsets that could be applicable to internship opportunities within the following departments: Buying, Account Management/Wholesale, Planning and Allocation.


The accomplished individual may have...

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative-thinking skills to identify areas of opportunity within business, current processes and unexpected challenges
  • Strong communication skills: able to clearly articulate ideas through both verbal and written communication
  • Adaptability and flexibility: ability to receive change well and positively flex as situations arise
  • Planning and organization: time management skills to prioritize projects with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of identified projects
  • Computer skills: proficient in all Microsoft programs, especially Excel, and openness to learn new systems


An outstanding professional may have the ability to...

  • The ability to analyze Excel reports and identify headlines and key metrics based on weekly sales.
  • The potential to influence category assortment through product performance, customer feedback/trends, local market knowledge.
  • The ability to manage sample requests for Buying teams, as well as cross functional requests, in conjunction with the Sample Library.
  • The ability to competitivly shop the market to identify trends in direct and aspirational competitors in both product (i.e. silhouette, price, novelty) and storytelling messaging (i.e. VM, in-store concepts).
