Primary Purpose:

To further the growth of our Ecommerce businesses across all 3 brands (Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman) the Tapestry Talent Team is looking for a Temp Digital / Tech Recruiter. This individual will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for open and planned roles across all brands.   


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Recruiting to...

 

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment process for Digital / Tech, Ecommerce, full time, corporate positions, Manager level and above.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position specifications.
  • Develop recruitment strategies inclusive of cost-effective methods attracting a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Interview and select candidates based on position specifications.
  • Partner with HRBP’s throughout process including onboarding.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources, ATS, Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals & internal mobility.
  • Play a critical role in talent mapping projects for recurring and complex openings where talent gaps exist within the organization.
  • Leverage data & analytics to advise business on diverse sourcing strategies and ensure pipelines are inclusive of diverse representation.

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ of Digital / Tech recruitment experience required.
  • In house, corporate recruiting experience at fashion retailer preferred.
  • Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Successful track record of building and maintaining relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to partner and influence Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners as a talent advisor.
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics, assessment tools and techniques.
  • Customer service focused, including attention to producing high-quality results.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills; attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work.
  • Can be trusted with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.

 

Technical Skills…

  • High competency with candidate sourcing tools, Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and ability to quickly learn and adopt new technology as required.
  • Experience with Censia, SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS programs preferred.
  • Boolean/ERE/AIRS training is a plus, not required. 
  • Microsoft Office Suites proficient.
