Primary Purpose:

To further the growth of our Ecommerce businesses across all 3 of our brands (Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman) we are looking for a Digital Sourcer to join the Tapestry Talent team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing and identifying diverse talent using creative strategies.

  • Proactively research, source, screen and maintain a talented and diverse pipeline for open and unplanned roles across all areas of business with specific focus on: Digital / Ecommerce, Analytics, IT positions.
  • Act as a partner and talent advisor to Recruiter by developing and executing sourcing strategies to surface diverse talent in a highly competitive market.
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, Internet sourcing, social networking and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide thorough feedback to relevant Recruiters.
  • Research creative and innovative search sourcing strategies.
  • Develop a best practices environment for conducting and storing research.
  • Represent Tapestry’s culture by ensuring a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback.
  • Track candidate metrics and leverage data to improve overall recruiting efficiency.
  • Ability to network with industry contacts, events, meet-ups, trade groups, social media and employee referrals.



The accomplished individual will possess...


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of in-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources
  • In-house corporate experience at fashion retailer preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both Recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
  • Collaborative with an action-oriented mind-set.
  • Communicative, responsive with ability to follow up and follow through.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.


Technical Skills…

  • High competency with candidate sourcing tools, Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and ability to quickly learn and adopt new technology as required.
  • Boolean/ERE/AIRS training is a plus, not required. 
  • Microsoft Office Suites proficient
