The Information Security Analyst will be a member of Tapestry’s Information Security team responsible for supporting incident investigations and responding to security alerts globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security principles and be able to adjust/prioritize in a fast-paced work environment with an attention to detail.

 

Role Responsibilities:

•    Support Tapestry’s Global Incident Response utilizing state-of the-art security applications and technologies.
•    Analyze endpoint protection alerts and drive remediation efforts until complete. 
•    Prepare incident reports and monthly security related metrics for senior leadership.
•    Monitor user compliance to Information Security policies, standards and procedures.
•    Maintain internal documentation, standard operating procedures and incident catalog ensuring they reflect latest compliance requirements.

 

Required Skills:

•    1-3 years hands-on experience with endpoint protection such as Carbon Black, CrowdStrike, Cylance, Tanium
•    Strong understanding on digital forensic methodologies and experience with toolsets such as AccessData and Encase
•    In-depth knowledge of cloud computing environments, system and network security, authentication and security protocols, cryptography
•    Technical expertise in system security, malware operation and indicators, network and web-related protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, IPSEC, HTTP, TLS, DNS etc.)
•    Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent written and oral communications skills
•    Ability to understand business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business

 

Education and Experience:
•    BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
•    1-3 years of past experience in information security, especially in an analyst role on a Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT), Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT), Computer Security Incident Response Center (CSIRC) or a     Security Operations Center (SOC) 
•    Industry Certifications such as GCFE, GCFA, CEH are considered a plus
