The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Unified Commerce to..

 

  • Lead QA Automation, Load testing, and ensure quality of solutions delivered to projects across E-Commerce and Omni-channel.
  • Lead End to End Automation across key enterprise applications
  • Define Automation Roadmap, Strategy, and Scope in conjunction with Project roadmap to expand regression testing coverage and drive for better quality releases to production.
  • Collaborate with Functional QA leads and project team for automation planning, implement necessary process and goal towards automation driven testing within the same development Sprint Cycles
  • Identify Load testing needs and own from planning, execution to closure
  • Identify risks, suggest and negotiate appropriate mitigation to the risks.

 

An outstanding professional will have...

 

  • 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience
  •  5+ years of professional experience managing large teams in Ecommerce, Omni-channel intensive organizations focused on Automation driven testing
  • Expertise in designing and developing Automation scripts using tools like Selenium/UFT/TOSCA
  • Working experience in load testing tools likes Jmeter, Load runner, Blazemeter etc
  • Knowledge in working CI/CD environment using Jenkins, GIT, Bitbucket etc.
  • Strong people management skills with proven ability to attract, hire, motivate and develop the best talent.
  • Proven track record of testing full systems and knowledge of change control process & build acceptance with a keen eye on quality and timely delivery.
  • Exceptional debugging and diagnostic skill set.
  • Daily use of project/task management/ticket tracking software system.
  • Practical Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware, IBM Sterling OMS, Aptos POS knowledge a plus.
  • Must be detail-oriented, reliable and have the ability to work both in a team environment and alone with minimal direction and supervision.

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent Analysis, problem-solving, time management skills
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Possess a positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative and energetic team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, often with changing requirements as needed
