We are looking for a passionate and driven Accounting, Analyst to join our dynamic team and support the business expansion of Coach and Kate spade brand in Greater-China market. This role presents a valuable opportunity for professional growth while contributing to core accounting functions in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

- Cash-collection accounting from SIS store, tenancy store and E-commerce stores
- Accounts receivable aging analysis
- Fixed asset accounting and lease accounting complying with ASC842
- Store inventory reconciliation, store stock-take support
- Support with processing journal entries (Occupancy & SG&A accruals), inter-company accounting, reconciliation, FX accounting
- Assist with completing indirect and direct tax return filings and payments
- Support with inventory/Gross margin and payroll accounting related closing tasks
- Assist with generating the Tapestry closing related deliverables and reports
- Preparation of Balance sheet reconciliation and analysis
- Assist in staying compliance with the internal Tapestry SOX controls and requirements
- Provide the local statutory audit support under the respective local GAAP
- Participation with any ad-hoc projects such as SAP enhancement, AI/robotic automation, Tax compliance related ones & etc.

Education & Experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance
- At least 3 years working experience in Accounting/Finance Department at Multinational Company or professional accounting firms
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
- Business-level verbal and written English skills is a must
- S4 SAP related knowledge in GL, FA, AR module is a plus
- Experiences in Blackline is preferred
- Experiences in retail industry is preferred
