Key Responsibilities:

 

The position will be responsible for monthly closing support & enhancement of finance related systems as a member of global finance IT team.  Those systems would include, but not limited, SAP FI / CO modules and BPC, CAR, Concur and Ariba, Tririga, Trintech etc. In this role, the person will be required to understand the business processes & needs, seek improvement area and implement the appropriate technology solutions to achieve the group’s & IT’s goal for leading company success.

  • Responsibilities include:
    • Design and implement information technology solutions to meet finance business need;
    • Lead finance part of SAP implementation project in partnership with other global SAP team members;
    • Work with global business team on finance relevant affiliated system implementation, such like Tririga, Trintech, etc.
    • Provide consulting advise to supply chain business partners on optimal IT solutions;
    • Work with SAP logistic team to optimize system and process design;
    • Collaborate with IT finance offshore AMS team;
    • Manage medium to small scale projects in alignment with corporate vision;
    • Partner with other IT team on Asia region projects like retail system  and ecommerce/OMS impacting to S4;
    • Build strong partnership with Finance business partners and cross functional IT partners;
    • Collaborate with application development and technology infrastructure teams to deliver systems solutions;

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • 3 + years of working experience in the technology delivery and change management
  • Deep understanding SAP FI integration with SD and MM;
  • Deep experience of SAP and lead as FI function analyst large/medium scale of project implementation in a global company.
  • Experience on retail industry & retail platform is preferable
  • Quick learner and flexible for changes and individuals eager to learn new things are highly assessed.
  • Have experience of creating function spec , test scenario like Unit test/System integration test etc
  • Have some experience in program coding & language. ABAP experience/knowledge is plus.
  • International exposure, multi-cultural and able to work with both off-shore and on-shore team members;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to facilitate working with the teams across the global organization.
  • Experience in building and supporting interfaces issues between SAP and external systems using idocs
  • Person who has a strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
  • Should be proactive and work independently with minimum guidance;
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin as the working language, Japanese is a plus;

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline; retail/consumer experience preferred
  • Graduate degree is preferred.
