Primary Purpose: This position’s primary purpose is to deliver best in class processes, technology and support for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) at Tapestry, leading all APAC P2P related projects and activities.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Procure-to-Pay, Customer Support and Issue Resolution to:

 

  • Manage and lead all APAC Ariba (BuyingHub) projects and activities
  • Identify and provide strategic guidance on optimization projects in the region
  • Champion BuyingHub system within local markets
  • Mentor local BuyingHub support team in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues
  • Educate and empower end users by organizing and leading training sessions throughout the region
  • Serve as a point of escalation among senior leadership, the support team, and other business stakeholders in region
  • Work cross-functionally between multiple teams within Tapestry and external partners to enhance Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Management, Travel and Cards processes
  • Review and refresh training material and reference guides on a regular cadence, and deliver training to global audiences at all levels of the company
  • Work independently with minimal guidance, understanding when to escalate / provide visibility to leaders & stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global team on projects and optimization efforts
  • Clearly and proactively communicate status to project/team leads, and stakeholders as needed
  • Use accurate analysis, demonstrate strong project management skills, and exercise sound judgment to effectively solve problems, drive for results, and mitigate risk
  • Develop and maintain trust and confidence of team members and business stakeholders
  • Serve as point of contact for corporate card program in local markets
  • Serve as point of contact for corporate travel in local markets
  • Assist with local market supplier setup to smooth the process for requestors and suppliers
  • Develop metrics, tools, and dashboards to track and report on key system metrics and efficiencies

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology (or other related degree programs)
  • 3-5 years of experience with Procurement technologies and related ERP integration preferred
  • Understanding of leading P2P technology practices and trends; General experience of system administration
  • Strong project management skills and results orientation
  • Experience with global collaboration and good teamwork skills to work with other Company departments to plan and execute enhancements to the above technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated success in gathering data, conducting analyses, and generating high quality outputs
  • Strong facilitation skills to communicate and educate stakeholders across the Company
  • Strong demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Customer support mentality and experience, whether internally- or externally-facing, including an ability to prevent escalations
  • Ability to collaborate on international projects
  • Excellent organization, time management, and influencing skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience with process, quality control, and workflow management preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user knowledge and skills for key excel capabilities, functions and formulas
