Key Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving the workforce plan in cooperation with ex/internal partners and HRBP by managing recruitment vendors, employee referral program and direct sourcing to bring in the best talent to the organization. Identify and develop effective recruiting strategies and promote Employer Branding to support our business subjective.


  • Provide leadership for all recruiting activities for Retail Field
  • Develop recruiting plans and processes within budget
  • Execute hires comprising various role types including New Grad, Internship, Disabled, Temporary Staff, and Seasonal Part-time for Retail Field
  • Promote Employer Branding and direct hiring
  • Improve productivity through collaboration with external vendor partner
  • Managing related administrative tasks and processes by working closely with HR People Service team
  • Drive/contribute to ad-hoc projects related to the HRBP and TA
  • Vendor management 




  • 2 – 3 years of total recruiting experience with at least University degree
  • Preferably, minimum 1 year recruiting experience in high volume fast paced hiring environment
  • Vendor management experience
  • Native Japanese (minimum Business level)
  • Practical business level English
  • MS office experience is strongly desired
