Position Title: Corporate Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)
Reports to: Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition

Location: Tokyo


Primary Purpose:
本社ポジションにおける採用業務全般のサポートをお任せいたします。
ストア採用含めたチーム全体のサポート業務も徐々にご担当いただきます。


Key Responsibilities:

  • 採用オペレーション(応募者の窓口対応・面接調整・結果連絡など)
  • 採用管理システムや社内システムの管理・メンテナンス
  • 派遣採用全般(メイン担当となれるようサポートいたします)※経験不問
  • 契約書締結・更新・保管におけるリーガル対応 ※経験不問
  • 採用関連の請求書処理
  • スケジュール調整や出張・会食アレンジのサポート
  • 採用チーム内での連携および一部サポート業務(説明会・入社式サポート等)
  • その他各種プロジェクトへの参加・サポート等

Education/Qualifications:

  • ホスピタリティ精神があり、チームワークを大切にできる方
  • 何かしらの事務経験3年以上(人事・営業事務・秘書など)
  • ハイビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキル
  • ビジネスレベルの英語スキル(英文メール対応あり)
  • タスク管理と優先順位を考えて自立して業務遂行ができる方
  • 採用担当、アシスタント経験、人材紹介・RPO等での営業・コーディネーター経験歓迎
  • 外資系企業での経験歓迎
