Primary purpose:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Martech Solutions to lead our marketing technology programs that will enable our brand teams to grow the business. This role is essential in enhancing our digital presence and improving customer engagement and sales through the effective use of marketing technology solutions. The Senior Manager will partner closely with the brand marketing teams, understanding their marketing strategy to design our customer data flows and ensuring seamless integration and enablement of our marketing technologies. This position is crucial for creating a robust customer data foundation and developing a strategic marketing technology roadmap for the future of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Brad Initiatives
l Enable marketing technology solutions such as:
l Local CRM (Agrex)
l Marketing Feeds (Feedonomics)
l Tag Management (GTM)
l Marketing Automation (SFMC, Bluecore)
l Customer Engagement Tools (LINE)
l CDP (Amperity)
l Analytics (GA4)
l Business Intelligence and Reporting (Tableau)
l Customer Service Platform (Zendesk)
l Design and optimize our customer data flows in collaboration with the internal data
l engineering team, Japan IT CRM team, and Japan Principal IT Architect.
l Create and implement a roadmap for our customer data foundation, leveraging Tapestry tools and identifying necessary organizational capabilities.
l Collaborate with our local CRM vendor to build new features and to execute our mid-term roadmap.
l Collaborate with cross-functional Tapestry teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing technology solutions.
l Manage strategic relationships and communications with local tech vendors, global and local digital, data and IT teams, 3rd party solution providers (global and local), and our Japan
marketing agency.
l Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing technology solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
l Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing technology and customer data management.
Qualifications
l Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
l Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, Information Technology, or a related field.
l Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing technology, customer data management, or a related field.
l Experience with marketing technology solutions such as Marketing Automation, customer engagement and communication tools, digital marketing platforms, CDP, reporting and
analytics tools.
l Strong understanding of customer data flows and data management best practices.
l Experience working with local CRM vendors and managing CRM databases.
l Familiarity with Tapestry tools and organizational capabilities is a plus.
l Proficiency in Japanese and English.
