primary purpose:

the ecommerce operations assistant is responsible for management and delivery of ecommerce reporting, monitoring of the order management systems, and supporting the retail operations team on omni strategies.


the successful individual will leverage their proficiency in ecommerce operations to...


  • responsible for creating and distributing ecommerce and omni channel reports to corporate teams
  • identify and communicate reporting issues to manager on a daily/weekly basis through a clear and concise manner
  • liaison with customer service tram to ensure all customer needs are met and communication is delivered upon to provide a best-in-class global guest experience
  • responsible for daily monitoring of guest reviews through company platform
  • support new and existing personalization programs by working cross-functionally to secure all samples for testing and approval seasonally
  • assist cross-functional teams in the implementation of in-store and online branded programs
  • support retail operations-led internal events through the year


the accomplished individual will possess...


  • must be highly proficient in excel with a strong understanding of all windows-based office programs
  • strong communication and organization skills and ability to develop peer relationships
  • attention to detail and problem solving
  • familiarity with Google Analytics suggested but not required


an outstanding professional will have…


  • minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment with a focus on retail or ecommerce operations
  • bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
