  1. 负责店铺的日常销售管理
  2. 协助营运主管完成店铺人员管理和考核;
  3. 负责店铺的货品管理;
  4. 负责员工的日常培训管理工作;
  5. 提供数据汇总和市场情况调研分析;
  6. 负责与公司部门间部分事务的沟通协调;


  1.    1.2年以上国际品牌销售及管理经验(同等级别的职务经验2年或以上)具有奢侈品行业经验者优先
  2. 2. 熟悉零售行业终端业态管理,对奢侈品市场有比较深入的了解,能够独立操作一个品牌的销售管理,有鞋类奢侈品管理经验者优先
  3. 3. 具备良好的沟通能力、人员和销售管理能力以及培训能力, 具有良好的气质及亲和力,具备良好的客户维护能力,语言表达能力强;具备良好的发现、解决问题的能力,以及观察能力;工作认真细心,销售能力佳,反应灵敏;具备良好的团队合作精神
