Summary:  The Retail Merchandising Coordinator, will support the Merchandising and buying team by providing administrative support and contributing to overall processes. This will be a key role in supporting the teams, drive the performance against sales and margin targets, maximizing pre- and in-season inventory and channel-level opportunities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Merchandising and Buying team with the weekly/monthly reporting around key deadlines, deliverables, and meetings,
  • Develop assortments by location by analyzing product performance, customer and store feedback, and competitive landscape,
  • Run weekly reporting, analyze product performance, and make action recommendations,
  • Manage the store replenishment process and monitor available inventory by size,
  • Own sku level open-to-buy and reforecast sales, inventory, and margin on a monthly basis,
  • Make pricing and promotion recommendations to maximize sales and turn while meeting margin targets,
  • Manage pricing updates in the system and communication to stores,
  • Update internal planning system on monthly basis to reflect the latest inventory levels,
  • Support and partner with the wider Buying, Inventory Management & Allocation team as and when required,
  • Partner closely with merchandising to identify inventory needs and analyze size curve performance,
  • Build and maintain assortment tools and sku counts.


The accomplished individual will possess…

  • University Degree
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Very good English proficiency (crucial)
  • Minimum 2-4 years Merchandise Planning and Inventory management experience
  • Experience in a Retail company
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel required (v-lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)
  • Organized, analytical and with very strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable partnering with many different teams
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems
  • Enthusiastic in working towards achieving team objectives and goals
