Summary: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Corporate Distribution Center store in Mont-Royal (Montreal), Quebec.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Oversee all outgoing and incoming transfers and shipments

·         Ensure proper handling of incoming and outgoing messenger and transport deliveries

·         Responsible for entering all POS transactions for transfers and receiving documents

·         Maintain shifted stock by category at all times

·         Maintain a fully stocked warehouse with shipping materials, cartons, etc

·         Maintain clean and organized stock room

·         Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments

·         Keep up to date with delivery and shipment information

·         Process all ecommerce orders

·         Pick and pack all transfer shipments

·         Oversee ticketing of all product from Spain and USA

·         Unload container shipments

·         Verify Inventory reports weekly to confirm inventory accuracy

·         Ensure scheduling needs are met with employees, new hires, and contract employees

·         Oversee all policy and procedures for loss prevention and inventory accuracy

·         Recruit, interview and onboard and train new employees

·         Manage the warehouse personnel

·         Create schedules for FT and PT employees

·         Additional tasks to support the business as needed


Skills and Abilities Required

·         3-5 years of previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred

·         High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred

·         Knowledge of warehouse management systems, basic computer skills (transfer specimen creation, email, etc)

·         Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with peers and vendors at all times

·         High level of initiative

·         Mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room

·         Ability to frequently lift and carry up to fifty pounds to process product shipment/transfers

·         Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
