This position’s primary focus is to develop and improve operational efficiency to support the commercial efforts of the Stuart Weitzman Wholesale business.  Assists our business and business partners to ensure maximum efficiency in:

 

  • Optimizing operating model and its deployment
  • Researching & advising emerging industry trends
  • Tracking global regulatory and operational changes
  • Reinforcing and streamlining business processes

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in global Wholesale to…

 

  • Create a functional knowledge base that is standardized and simple to help maximize sales, profitability, drive efficiency, and improve performance and productivity.
  • Ensure that the business has the proper operational controls, administrative, and reporting procedures.  Harmonize business processes, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), matrixes, and Standard Operating Procedure for wholesale business domestically & internationally.
  • Onboard new businesses by reviewing, analyzing, and vetting out requirements versus SW’s Service Level Agreement (SLA).  Review transportation and credit/payment method as it impacts best practices within Tapestry.  Work independently in the creation of opportunities and resolution of business challenges and issues in order to facilitate the continued growth and management of business.
  • Own the analysis of the Fill Rate and Backorder Processing for SAP S4 ARUN/BOP module.  Identify product miss opportunity and risk to our latest estimate (SMI) and floor set deliverables.  Support in providing, mid-month/month-end recap, pull forward, holiday strategy and execution, and revenue recognition impact.
  • Maintain daily operational business continuity with Account Services and optimize support by ensuring SOX compliance, Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Set-up and maintenance in SAP, price changes, order management from placement/cancellation to fulfillment, returns, destruction, and markdown support, account’s inquires, quality issues, Available to Sell (ATS)
  • Liaise with Enterprise Information Management (EIM), Planning & Logistics, Planning, Information Technology, Account Services and Tapestry partners to share / enhance best practices and simplify wholesale business model.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of domestic wholesalers and department stores
  • Working knowledge of Wholesale Operations and Logistics is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of international custom compliance, Freight forwarders, and transportation compliance / requirement is a plus
