Job Title: Associate Allocator - US Retail & Outlet

Summary:  The associate allocator is a passionate and analytical individual who will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing inventory through allocations for the North America business.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of inventory by location, ensuring store level inventory is aligned to store plans, store sales trends, capacity and minimum presentation standards
  • Assist in developing and optimizing replenishment strategies to maintain appropriate stock levels by item and location
  • Responsible for weekly allocations of replenishment and newness
  • Own size curve analysis at store level and selling by size analysis
  • Support in pricing and promotion recommendations to maximize sales and turn
  • Run weekly reporting, analyze product performance, and make action recommendations
  • Partner with store teams to escalate and troubleshoot store inventory issues
  • Participate in weekly sales review meetings
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and projects requested by Senior Management

  • Data oriented and proven ability to interpret and synthesize data, making recommendations to drive business decisions
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Detailed oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work in a team environment and across all levels of management

 

Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in allocation or planning
  • Experience in a sized category is a plus
