Job Title: Sr. Manager, Web Analytics & Business Management

 

Primary Purpose: Stuart Weitzman is looking for a Sr. Manager, Web Analytics and Business Management to oversee e-commerce reporting, web analytics and strategy. This position requires a customer focused leader who can connect the dots between multiple functions and tell a holistic story about the business. Reporting into the VP of Global Ecommerce, this role will have one direct report and partner with the merchandising, finance, media and web operations teams.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Reporting and Insights:

  • Architect daily, weekly and monthly reporting dashboards that focus on business drivers and related outputs
  • Manage website reporting process with cross-functional partners, covering topics such as on-site merchandising, creative performance, product performance and media impact
  • Lead the team in translating analytical findings into business actions
  • Create Omni-KPIs and analyze correlations between store and .com trends
  • Support ad hoc requests for data and insights
  • Play role of analytics expert and influence key decisions surrounding long term strategy and daily optimization tactics

Business Management:

  • Manage business forecasting in partnership with merchandising, finance and media
  • Lead strategy and project manage major events (ex. Black Friday, Holiday, etc.)
  • Serve as business expert and validate the merchandising team’s promotional and markdown recommendations
  • Partner with merchandising to identify style and inventory opportunities
  • Find and communicate business risks
  • Responsible for e-commerce budget management and submissions. 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in business management and/or analytical roles
  • Must have deep knowledge and comfort with Google Analytics and Data Studio
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Quantum Metrics preferred
  • Proven ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
  • Strong ability to consolidate data inputs from different web analytics tools to bring forward cohesive insights and action plans
  • Logical and creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex business problems
