This position’s primary focus is to develop and improve operational efficiency to support the commercial efforts of the Stuart Weitzman’s business.  Assists our business partners to ensure maximum efficiency in:

  • Optimizing wholesale operating model and its deployment
  • Researching & advising emerging industry trends; including tracking global regulatory and operational changes
  • Reinforcing, streamlining, and simplifying business processes (challenge status quo)
  • Managing effective communication with Spain, external / internal partners, and SW leaders using sound business experiences
  • Responsible for SAP S4 ARUN/BOP process to forecast shipment target



The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Global Wholesale to…

  • Maximize revenues and efficiencies for Stuart Weitzman Wholesale business.  Own account’s requirements vs. Stuart Weitzman SLA to ensure compliance and shipment fluidity, including adhering to all Sarbanes-Oxley business controls.
  • Direct and set shipments by month and quarter to support the latest estimate (SMI) with Sales, Finance, and Planning.  Drive shipment to achieve the month, quarter, and year end objective.  Provide insights and strategy on maximizing shipment opportunities to Senior Leadership.
  • Provide guidance to team to conduct cost savings analysis on transportation method to improve shipment cost for internal & external partners (air vs. ocean freight, consolidation of shipment, minimizing incoterms, etc.).  Support in understanding transit time by country to propose shipment flow within Stuart Weitzman and the Distribution Centers (2).  Partner with DCs to identify opportunity in communication, strong partnership, and business clarity.
  • Work to maximize cross functional relationships within Stuart Weitzman to support the current and future operational requirement.  Identify business opportunities with system and internal process enhancement (i.e., ordering tool, ATS, shipment flow, etc.)
  • Develop team structure, including roles & responsibilities.  Identify development opportunities to help drive team dynamics and structure.
  • Own order management from placement to fulfillment / on-time delivery with internal team.  In partnership with the account services, manage shipment flow, inventory allocations, capacity, and order book optimization. Work with internal partners to maximize product opportunities and floor set dates
  • Lead partner with Enterprise Information Management (EIM), Planning & Logistics, Planning, Account Services, and logistics & warehouses to enhance best practices and simplify business model / share synergies across Tapestry brands.
