Primary Purpose: The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will support the goals and objectives of the North America Store Operations Team, Global Visual Merchandising Team, and Global Marketing/Communications/PR organization through financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The successful candidate will create reporting and analyses designed to improve operating performance for the company. This role requires a significant level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as creative problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly P&L reporting, validate financials, organize financial presentations, create commentary around monthly performance
- Assist with monthly financial uploads for forecasts
- Coordinate monthly accruals across Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, Global Marketing
- Consolidation of the Global Marketing forecast for the CMO
- Lead the monthly forecast for Visual Merchandising for the Head of VM monthly
- Lead and coordinate the store operations team in the monthly sales and KPIs forecast process as well as labor planning
- Provide reporting on store level performance weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Create models to evaluate impact of strategic business initiatives and track success post implementation
- Partner with accounting during the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accuracy of financial reporting
- Assist business partners with long range planning, annual budget, and monthly forecasting processes
- Actively collaborate with business partners to adhere to budget and identify financial risks and opportunities
- Identify, track and analyze key metrics that impact the business
- Lead the preparation and meetings of monthly financial review with business partners such as VP of Store operations, Head of Global Real Estate, and CMO of SW
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support
- Research forecast variances to determine key drivers and provide feedback to management
- Identify areas to optimize and reduce total company spend
The accomplished individual will possess:
- 3-5 years prior experience in financial role
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or similar
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- General accounting knowledge
- Flexibility to deal with range of issues both financial and non-financial
- Ability to work effectively with multiple priorities and timelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated and self-directed, with a positive attitude
- Accepts responsibility, accountability and takes pride in their work
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Macro & VBA knowledge a plus
- SAP/BPC experience a plus

BASE PAY RANGE $85,000.00 TO $93,000.00 Annually
