Job description:  

  • Collaborate with team members, both domestic and international, to manage and execute creative e-commerce project needs per the content calendar
  • Maintain and update site regularly: designing web page layouts, graphics for web pages, and new web elements to match creative mockup, using the provided PSD as reference
  • Develop content within existing CMS templates and tools, sometimes with a mix of asset types, including video
  • Escalate any limitations of design to stakeholders to help manage expectations
  • Adjust content in a timely manner based on QA and user feedback to ensure the look and layout of content and features matches the team’s approval requirements
  • Ensure the frontend content on the sites is aligned with the luxury market user experience
  • Maintain current knowledge of all CMS updates as new features and enhancements are built according to business needs/prioritized in sprint cycles
  • Ensure technical skills are current; develop and execute plans to close skill gaps as necessary
  • Partner closely with systems integrator for parallel path development when necessary
  • Support ad hoc content/product requests such as email creation and 3rd party coding
  • Support ad hoc QA needs of site and emails for all global e-commerce entities



  • Proficient in HTML, CSS and Adobe Photoshop
  • Previous experience with a content management system (SFCC, etc.)
  • Able to be flexible and problem-solve in order to manage high frequency of changes
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Able to meet deadlines for any and all content refreshes in order to maintain proper/planned refresh cadence onsite
  • Great collaborator
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Experience with localization and/or creating content for global audiences
  • Experience with e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Able to accommodate meetings with partners and colleagues in different time zones
