  1. Analytical ability: Utilize strong analytical ability to identify and evaluate targeting audiences as well as measure results of tests.
  2. Optimize based on insights: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
  3. Digital channel collaboration: Collaborate with other external/internal digital channels/team to optimize both the traffic and customer experience. Especially, assist/co-own as needed with other digital channels optimizations s necessary.
  4. Ad copy/creative development: Create, design, and build creative with the assist of digital vendors, based on the message we delivered to potential customers, optimize both the performance and customer experiences.
  5. Work closely with division marketing team, internal team and SEM agency, plan, execute, and optimize the paid search and display advertising campaigns, measure and report out of the performance of related projects.


The accomplished individual will possess...


  1. At least 1 year experience in marketing experience in digital marketing or related digital industry, having the capability to analyze data, deliver insight, and outstanding improvement and optimization in the digital marketing.
  2. Preferred: Skilled coordinator role, managing multiple tasks/projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, this position is highly visible, demand constant, and fluid communication with internal/external, local/global partners.
  3. Preferred: Strong understanding of paid search and display advertising, programmatic display advertising, or direct media buy experience.
