The Stuart Weitzman Sales Lead will lead a team by acting as an example, coaching and developing the individual needs of each team member in order to create excellence and consistency. Proactively develop the client base on our Flagship on Bloor Street and through strong collaboration with the , SM and ASM and peers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Sale leader, you maintain your selling performance as main focus in order to set yourself as an example to your team

.  Srong selling skills with proven high performance result background

• Identify methods for increasing consistency in the store clienteling performance  

• Be able to personally monitor and analyse store opportunity and develop strategies, therefore demonstrating high level of sales and service skills in order to lead by example and expect the same level from the team  

• Proactively deliver coaching to the team for clienteling and optimal performance on the selling floor

• Partner with Store managers to produce a continuous development of the team clienteling abilities 

• Coach, and motivate the team to deliver the best in all the controlables  

At least 2 to 4 year experience in the luxury goods sector or relevant retail industry   

• Managerial skill to lead a team and experience in coaching teams    

• Personal presentation is in line with the brand image and company dress code as an Iconic Ambassador of the Stuart Weitzman Brand   

• Assertive with impeccable presentation and communication skills when dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels   

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Ability to work to tight deadlines and multi-taskProactive and self-motivated   

• Excellent attention to detail   

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Be perceived as a leader and maintain objective and professional relationships with associates, peers, and supervisors.
• Demonstrate high ethical standards.

• Take initiative: being able to react to situations in the moment and business opportunities as they arise.

• Maneuver sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
