Working at Kate Spade New York

We believe it’s the people we work with who bring our brand to life. We’re a culture, not a corporation. A place where curiosity
is encouraged and creativity highly valued. Here, new ideas are not only welcomed—they’re essential. We strive to be the best and
to do everything in a way that’s uniquely our own.

The bar is set high, but we’re a group of individuals working together as a team, and we love cheering each other on.

Strive, share, learn, lead: this is the spirit of our company and of the wonderfully original people who work at Kate Spade New York

Where We Work

Global Headquarters

A 15-story atrium connects Tapestry's floors at 10 Hudson Yards, a state-of-the-art, 52-story LEED Gold-designed tower. It sits adjacent to the High Line, an elevated city park reimagined from a former freight railway line.

Global Corporate Locations

Kate Spade New York’s global headquarters is situated over three floors at 2 Park Avenue, an art deco landmark building in a bustling, thriving neighborhood adjacent to NoMad and Flatiron. We also have corporate offices around the world, including in London, Tokyo, and Shanghai. Wherever you are or want to be, we invite you to join us.

Store Locations

Today we have 200+ specialty shops across North America, 150+ internationally, and 146 outlet stores worldwide. Every shop, in every time zone, is designed to bring the world of Kate Spade New York to life for all who visit—modern design, thoughtful details, sophisticated color, and a unique style synonymous with joy.
