Job Title: Brand Ambassador- NYC

Primary Purpose: The Brand Ambassador is an elevated selling and clienteling role in which the individual is accountable to increase sales and raise brand awareness, driven through outreach, event planning and selling KPIs (conversion and ADT). While our Selling Associates are someone who engages our guest and strikes up memorable conversation, the Brand Ambassador will focus on continuing the guest journey across all four NYC stores beyond the initial interaction. The Brand Ambassador will also work closely alongside the Area’s Store Leaders and the corporate Customer Experience team to execute and elevate store events with the local community. This role will transform the traditional sales experience and bring it to life in-store and virtually- meeting our guests’ needs wherever they’re at.

 

Logistics

  • Full-time preferred
  • Assigned a home store, however will support all 4 Manhattan stores
  • Available to work in-store during peak times: weekends, holidays and store-events
  • All shifts to be worked in-stores with exception of one Community Day to establish partnerships & plan events with local charities, organizations & individuals

The successful individual will lever their proficiency in retail to…

  • Drive for Results
    • Consistently achieve sales goal each month
    • Achieve ADT (AUR + UPT) goals through styling and exceptional guest experiences during appointments and store events
    • Identify and grow NYC VIPs, local and category guest list
  • Customer
    • Book weekly appointments- deliver percentage of individual sales goal
    • Plan and execute monthly events- minimum 1 event per store
    • Host quarterly call with Area Leader and Corporate to identify and create 1 Area event per quarter
    • Be a local expert- curate local experiences to share with team and inspire clients
  • Styling & Curating
    • Partner with Public Relations team to support local stylists & celebrities
    • Product Expert – in store/online
    • Host monthly styling sessions, product training with each store
    • Possess strong understanding of current fashion and trends in the marketplace

 

 

 

An Outstanding Professional will have…

  • College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in clienteling & event planning preferred
  • Availability to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings and weekends
  • Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Prior luxury goods experience and client book experience preferred
  • Proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Works well in a team environment

 

Physical Requirements…

  • Standing for extended periods of time
  • Able to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds
  • Comfortable climbing ladders
