The ideal candidate will have a breath of knowledge across all product categories in wovens, knits and sweaters.    


* Maintain PLM tech pack templates and block patterns library.

* Responsible for DFO (Outlet)  division.  

* Complete design specification package, including flat sketch with measurements, construction details and any  predefined performance standards.

* Analyze garments to determine compliance of spec, construction and fit.

* Prepare garments and paperwork for fittings. 

* Prepare list of garments to fit.

* Schedule fit model(s) for fitting and send out fit invites to cross functional team.

* Perform other duties to support the technical design department.


* Bachelor degree in fashion - Apparel design, patternmaking, manufacturing, product development.

* Proficiency in PLM, Excel, Outlook, Micrographic, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM, 

* 3-4 years work experience in the fashion industry including technical design and / or patternmaking with construction experience and full knowledge of production time line.

* Thorough understanding of design & development process  from inception through production.

* Knowledge of garment construction standards and manufacturing methods.

* Ability to properly measure garments according to manual standards.

* Attention to detail, initiative, organization and strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong design, prototyping and research skills.

* Patternmaking and draping knowledge is required.

* Strong organizational and communication skills
