A key member of the Tapestry global communications team, this role is responsible for creating powerful executive communications and driving employee engagement for Kate Spade. Using creativity and agility, this role plays a critical part in bringing the KS brand to life with employees and key stakeholders. This role reports to the Director, Internal Communications and operates within a highly collaborative, matrixed environment, partnering across brand, regional, and functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in communications globally.

Collaborate on a variety of projects across Kate Spade and Tapestry with the following accountabilities:
Strategic Communications
Support the development of an internal communications strategy for Kate Spade. This role will serve as the main contact to design a comprehensive communications approach that aligns key stakeholders with the brand strategy. The position involves working within a global matrixed organization to communicate the KS narrative to stakeholders, ensuring consistency with the Tapestry communications strategy.
Executive Communications
Develop content and messages for the Kate Spade CEO & Brand President in various communications ranging from speech writing and presentations to videos, blog posts and emails.
Employee Communications
Tapestry employees across our stores and our corporate offices globally are a key audience. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing communications strategies that engage employees in the company/brand vision and business strategies. Key focus on creative communications strategies that bring the brand to life.
Live Events
Work with a cross functional team to lead content development for a variety of events including leadership meetings, town halls, investor presentations, social impact work and global store leader conferences.
Talent Branding
Develop communications strategies that positions Kate Spade as a brand employees love to work for. Lead social media content and strategy for Kate Spade LinkedIn.
Media Relations
Partner with the external communications team to bring to life media relations initiatives that strengthen Kate Spade’s brand and corporate reputation.
Global Support
Partner with global stakeholders to ensure consistent and relevant communications.
Data and Metrics
Leverage data and insights to measure communications impact and adjust strategy.

- Experience developing and implementing effective communication plans and strategies; working with senior leaders; and developing engaging communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of developing and delivering multi-channel communications.
- Strong executive presence, with a proven track record of working with all levels of employees, from stores to C-suite.

- Bachelor’s degree in related field, Master’s degree a plus; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- 4+ years’ experience in a public company preferred–responsible for internal and/or external communications.

Work Setup: Hybrid
BASE PAY RANGE $90,000.00 TO $105,000.00 Annually
