Manager - Creative Visual Experience 

Purpose: The Manager of Creative Visual Experience will be responsible for driving the integrated global visual concepts. This role reports to head of Visual Experience.

Partnering with the head of Visual Experience, you will creatively develop and bring to life the store experience for windows, showrooms, pop-ups, in-store take overs & seasonal moments. It will be critical for this role to actively partner with cross functional teams, including the Creative, Merchandising & Global Marketing for seasonal storytelling narrative, marketing campaigns and 2D assets.

 

You will take the colorful energy and playful sophistication of the brand to new heights of imagination, focused on creating a positive new thinking, as a disruptive force to an already successful fashion brand. Key focus is to engage the target consumer, drive traffic and continue to build the brand’s relevance and desirability.

 

Making a Visually Creative Impact across the world of Kate Spade 

  • The successful individual will leverage their proficiency and flair to ensure the following key responsibilities.

 

Windows & In-Store

  • Partner closely with head of VE/ Brand Creative to ideate and develop a 3D creative process, with clear milestones.
  • Develop compelling creative concepts for windows, aligning with our brand campaign and seasonal creative. Utilize mood boards and share multiple concepts prior to final landing
  • Partner with key VM & Merchandising partners for clear focus on Seasonal Strategies, linking Icon HB & Blockbuster HB’s. 
  • Design to cost as part of process, thru knowledge of materials and value engineering ideation.  Partner with the VE 3D production lead for development thru production phases, and to successful execution of concept
  • Ability to understand global nuances and adapt creative according (i.e. store tier, global flagship and core locations)
  • Ability to convey strong visual experience in-store thru partnerships with global VM & Marketing teams.  (I.e. prop development / collaborate with marketing for any 2D collateral, etc.)

 

Seasonal Pop-ups/ Outposts/ Showrooms

  • Research, explore and develop creative concepts for all seasonal brand pop-ups, linking to the 360 brand vision.
  • Ability to adapt pop-up designs, based on cost, location & budget
  • Closely collaborate with 2D teams to ensure concepts and creative synergy with marketing collateral 
  • Partner closely with head of VE & Brand Creative to ideate the creative visual strategy for Showrooms, driving the showroom vision with clear milestone-Support the VM team with seasonal showroom design across all markets/channels
  • Areas of responsibility’s include: Design & develop seasonal 3D concepts (within budget), Seasonal Props/ soft furnishings

BASE PAY RANGE $95,000.00 TO $106,600.00
