Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementation and oversight of product lifecycle & promotions for E-commerce business. This includes managing and maintaining site catalogs, uploading end-to-end product details, creating promotional events, shop category & navigation set up, product merchandising & search (internal & SEO). This requires daily use of Plumslice (Product Information Management system) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Review quality assurance for desktop & mobile sites daily, while identifying and resolving any issues or areas of opportunity.
  • Strategize and collaborate with merchant teams to understand the business strategy, objectives and priorities.​ Ensure site experience aligns with business expectations and goals.
  • Partner with the operations and customer service team to proactively facilitate and resolve issues and escalate to necessary parties.
  • Use data analytics to support ideation and execution of features & enhancements for site that will optimize effective customer journeys. Analyze sales data and funnel KPIs to understand engagement and improve on merchandising, navigation and promotional strategies.
  • Partner with Tapestry digital teams to prioritize and translate business needs with customer and conversion at top of mind. Report issues and enhancement requests to Engineering teams and partner with team through execution of developments. Assist in the rollout of site enhancements through communication of key business KPI’s per project, act as project manager for the brand, and participate in testing & QA.
  • Ideate, monitor and assist testing agenda in relation to operations and customer journey. Partner with Tapestry Testing & Optimization teams on execution and analysis of tests.
  • Conduct regular competitive analyses to gain insight and recommend go-forward strategies and opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience.
  • Partner and own relationships with external vendors.
  • Assist management & team members with ad-hoc reporting, testing initiatives and special projects.
  • Responsible for ongoing projects, enhancements and QA in partnership with Tapestry digital teams.
     

Qualifications

2+ years of ecommerce experience; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Preferred experience in in Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis

Proficient in Google Analytics

Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized within a fast paced, dynamic environment

Strong capacity for multi-tasking, working independently and time management

Must be highly collaborative

Must have strong communication skills
