  • Buying


  • Prepare reports to monitor business on a regular basis, interpreting and recommending opportunities across the defined area of responsibility
  • Building up Assortment for responsible Categories (Leather Goods and RTW), and channel related (Full Price/ Outlet/ E-com).
  • Dependently working on SKU detail buy with clear merchandising strategy.
  • in-season products management incl. newness launch, assortment maintenance, promotion control, inventory liquidation to achieve company sales, inventory and profit goals


  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Actively work with Global partners to understand Brand strategy and balance with local business needs through buy process.
  • Closely work with Other BU partners to maximize local product opportunities in terms of inventory and assortment.
  • Work with Allocation team to drive an optimal stock allocation strategy that supports the merchandising plans and drive actions where needed
  • Collaborate with Retail Team / E-com / Logistics to ensure programs, product placements and changes are clearly communicated.



The accomplished individual will possess...


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 or more years of experience in a Merchandising/Buying capacity in a related business or brand
  • Experience in fashion/luxury goods is preferred
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills with the ability to promote clear ideas.
  • Can demonstrate strong negotiating, communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Analytical and numerical talent in a business environment
  • Advance PC skill


An outstanding professional will have...


  • Bachelor degree and above. More than 8 years relevant experiences of manufacture and operation, experience in large or well-known clothing brand.

  • International Fashion brand buying experience is required.
