Job title: Digital Marketing Associate / Assistant Manager
Report to: Marketing Sr. Manager, Direct Communication (Digital & Retail) 
Location: Tokyo

 

Primary Purpose:

 

As a Digital Marketing Associate / Assistant Manager, you will join a brand marketing team responsible for brand communication, and you will lead planning and running digital media advertisements. Also you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strategize consumer journey on various on-line communication touchpoints to enhance them on seamless flows, most relevant, and current. You will also focus on increasing our brand community members by acquiring prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, run, review digital media Ads mainly on social network platforms and grow reach and frequency to acquire new traffic into both of on/off-line channels.
  • Understand and develop our consumer journey strategy and plan proper KPIs for each touchpoint according to our business goals.
  • Liaison closely with cross functional teams such as E-commerce, Products, IT, and Digital team and create agile revision, plan and action cycles.
  • Budget planning and allocation on digital media Ads.
  • Lead collaboration and partnership with advertising agency in the most influential way to achieve KPIs.

 

  • ソーシャルメディア広告、デジタル広告のプランニング、運用、レビューを行い、リーチの頻度を増やしてオンラインおよびオフラインチャネルへの新しいトラフィックを促進する。
  • オウンドメディア(EC、LINE、Social)の顧客タッチポイントおけるストラテジーを理解し、最大限に活用できるKPIプランニングと、運用設計を行う。
  • Eコマース、商品部、IT、デジタルチームなどのクロスファンクショナルチームと密接に連携し、KPIをプランし、予算をアロケートし、広告をプランする。
  • デジタルメディア広告の予算管理を行う。
  • 新規トラフィックの獲得とエンゲージメントを高めることに注力する。広告代理店との連携を密に行い、最も効果的な方法でKPIを達成する。

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years of brand digital marketing experience essential, in leading the execution of B2C digital marketing campaigns
  • Broad understanding of the digital marketing landscape, especially tools and platforms such as Meta, X and Google.
  • Fashion retail or similar industry experience is a big plus
  • 3+ years of Working analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to build and generate reports from Google Analytics data
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in local stakeholders with highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to lead advertisement agency to pursue effective advertisement plans
  • Project management skills and attention to detail required, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize for highest ROI
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Low business-level writing and reading English skills and native proficiency in Japanese
